it was great, the trip to Bruges and back is actually long however the guide was very nice and funny. as it was a peak season, the servicing was slow so when we went to a restaurant it took most of our free time and we didn't have much time to do many things. the restaurant was blossom and it was recommended by the tour guide. there was only 1 waiter to serve so many tables. anyways tour is for an HR and half so u only stay in bruge for 4.5 hrs and the rest is the bus ride

It was very busy on the Saturday we visited It is a delightful town to visit. We were slightly late/waiting at start of walk. It was expected to have 3 hours free time after guide. It turned out 2 hours. In reflection, I would have preferred to have been asked for the tour to have been sped up or the option to leave. It meant we missed time to enjoy areas of interest.

It was a little hard to find our guide at the beginning. It was because the guide that was on the bus with us was the Spanish tour guide and he eventually told us that the English tour and Spanish tour travel together and we would meet our English tour guide in Bruges. It is about a 3 hour trip to Bruges but the seats decline and most people slept on the bus (it helped that we had to be up so early for the tour). The free time you get is enough time for a nice sit down Lunch and to stop in at some of the shops. There is a church that holds Michelangelo’s original sculpture (it is the only one outside of Italy) that the entrance to the church is free but if you want to see the sculpture it is about 8€. Our guide said we are welcome to go during our free time. Overall a really good experience and worth the time and money to go see!
